Rest in Peace little Minx (Abbie)
It’s only been a week since Lilek passed and now Abbie has gone too.
My little minx suffered a short illness. We took her to the vet but she passed away on the way home.
We, and Hector (her mate) miss her terribly.
I’ll miss your feisty ways Abbie. You were one in a million.
Oh this is so sad! Budgies are such fragile creatures, I suspect there is really little the vet can do. And birds are so good at masking their illnesses that by the time we notice they’re a little off, sometimes it’s already too late. So sorry.
