Hi FF, I haven’t visited your blog for ages, but rediscovered it when I was surfing the net for something else the other night, so I thought it would be nice to say hello. Glad to see you are still enjoying your budgies, but sad to read about your losses. My husband sold all his budgies a while ago because he wanted all the aviaries free to focus on breeding Gouldian Finches, and he has been very successful with them. He’s also got a few canaries and other finches, which are all nice, but I do miss the cheerful chattering of the budgies, and their dear little personalities.
The blue ones were probably my favourite colours too, but we also had a few white ones over time and they had an attraction of their own.
cheers
Gina
Hello Basil & George! I am sure you will be feathered fiends very soon. 🙂
Thanks SP. They all line up nicely at bedtime don’t they 😀

George, green. Basil, grey. George, green. Basil, grey. They need big stick-on name tags.
